As a professional dancer, fitness trainer, and Instructor my passion stems from the movement and my love for the human body.
My objective is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. As a trainer I place a lot of emphasis on the importance of training instead of working out.
I want my clients to move better, and in order to do that you have to build a strong foundation. Whether a Professional dancer or recreational mover.
