About JaeMcKinzie

As a professional dancer, fitness trainer, and Instructor my passion stems from   the movement and my love for the human body. 

My objective is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. As a trainer I place a lot of emphasis on the importance of training instead of working out. 

I want my clients to move better, and in order to do that you have to build a strong foundation. Whether a Professional dancer or recreational mover. Every person should be able to take the information learned in the gym and translate that information  to their everyday lives. We ask your body what it needs, and we give it exactly that.

 My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly fitness goals. I aim to transform not just your body but your life and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Jordan taught me a private Pilates class and it was incredible.  I have taken a pilates class before using the Reformer, however I have never used the Cadillac. Jordan guided me through each movement and made me feel at ease.  She was aware of what exercises and movements I was capable of doing and always made modifications for the ones that were challenging for me.


  Jordan is very friendly, patient, and thorough with her teaching style and methods.  She designs a session that is based on what I can do and you instantly notice the difference.  You will experience the cardio benefits of the session as well as core strengthening.
